If you've found a bug or issue with the quiz engine, file parser, or website, please email us with:
- The browser and device you were using
- A description of the issue
- The file format you were trying to upload (if applicable)
- Screenshots, if possible
If a file won't turn into questions, you don't need to send the whole file. Two or three questions copied exactly as they appear — numbering, option letters and the answer line — are usually enough to see which layout the parser is missing. Please don't email files containing questions from a live exam.
